"Have you taken the time to think about this important concept?!"

Why Your "After The Click" Sales Process in A Paid Media Campaign is More Important Than You Might Think!

Anyone can place an ad online, but only smart media buyers and business owners who know what they are doing can make that ad profitable over a long period of time.

If you have ever been in a situation where you spent a lot of money on an online advertising campaign, but it "didn't work for you," you are going to love this article.

What most people in the business world don't want to hear is, the hard work on a campaign is done "after the click on the ad happens."

I am going to say that one more time to drive my point home...

"The hard work on a campaign is done after the click on the ad happens!"

When it comes to using paid media to build your business...

What everything ultimately boils down to is this...

How much did I have to spend to generate at least one desired action for the campaign I was running?

Now...THAT concept is obvious to most people, so I am going to take it a step further...

When you think about executing your paid media campaign...

Have you ever considerd what you are going to do...

For the visitors who click the ad and don't do anything?

Or

For the visitors who click the ad...click a couple of buttons...look at a couple of pages...but still don't take the next step?

Or

Have you ever considerd what you are going to do...

For the leads who opt-in and don't buy?

Or

For the leads who opt-in...buy what you are selling...and then sit in your email list waiting for what's next?

Every single type of visitor highlighted above must be taken into consideration when creating your front end traffic buying strategy, and backend sales process!

You can't have a successful ad campaign on the front end, and an ineffective conversion mechanism on the backend!

When client's first come to me they normally say to me:

"This is my landing page, now go make results happen!"

It's at that point when I step back and ask these key questions.

1. What does your sales process look like after the click?

2. What specific results has the current sales process generated prior to you contacting me?

3. What specific ways have you driven traffic to this page before, and what results were generated from the traffic you sent to it?

4. Are there opportunities to maximize the sales process already in place by adding a few more steps that plug the leaks, and give us an opportunity to earn more revenue on the backend per dollar put into advertising?

5. What other things should I know about this page and/or campaign before spending any of your money pushing traffic to it?

If all of this is new, you have a lot of catching up to do!

Turning paid ads into profit is more than just setting up a landing page and putting a few ads online.

Making ads profitable takes time and work that most people aren't willing to do!

Most business owners want to buy the next new shiny thing in the market that they think will be the solution to all of their problems.

The problem is that the new shiny object will only be another band-aid put on top of a sales process that is inneffective!

No matter what you are selling, or what budget you have for marketing, a proven sales process that coverts visitors to revenue must be in place as the first step.

Period.

The bottom line...

When a proven sales process is in place, and paid media is driving the majority of your traffic, you will never have to worry about growing your business ever again!
